NAHS Alumni Association Announces 2026 Annual Awards Honorees

The North Attleboro High School (NAHS) Alumni Association has announced the recipients of its 2026 Annual Awards, set to be presented at the organization’s awards reception later this month. The annual event honors graduates and longtime supporters whose achievements and community contributions reflect the spirit and pride of North Attleborough’s high school community.

Among the honorees this year is Dr. Dan Delvecchio (Class of ’76), who will receive the Joseph Martin Distinguished Alumni Award — the highest honor the association bestows. This award recognizes a graduate who has reached the pinnacle of success in their career and made a positive impact at a regional or national level.

Another notable recipient is Chris Sullivan (Class of ’91), a former NFL player who will be recognized with a Community Impact Award for his volunteer work and commitment to public service, including speaking out about substance abuse prevention. The award acknowledges individuals whose engagement has made a meaningful difference in the local community.

The Young Alumni Award will be presented to Kara Corcoran (Class of ’04), highlighting her notable accomplishments in military service and social justice advocacy. The award honors an alumnus within 20 years of graduation who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and achievement.

In addition to alumni recognitions, three educators with long tenures in the North Attleborough school system will receive Excellence in Education Awards. These honors celebrate current and former faculty members for their sustained commitment to excellence in the classroom and dedication to students, staff, and the broader school community.

This year’s awards reception is scheduled for Friday, February 28, at North Attleboro High School. The evening will begin with a reception and cocktail hour at 6 p.m., followed by the awards presentations at 7 p.m. Tickets for the event, which include both the reception and the ceremony, are available for purchase through the NAHS Alumni Association.

For details on ticketing and to learn more about the honorees, residents can visit the Alumni Association’s website or contact organizers via email.

This year’s list of award recipients reflects a wide range of accomplishments across professional success, community engagement, and educational commitment — celebrating graduates who continue to shape and support North Attleborough long after their years in school.
