Foxborough Hosts Community Electronic & Appliance Recycling Day on August 16

Foxborough, MA – August 8, 2025 — Looking to clear out old electronics or appliances? Don’t miss the Green Day Recycling Event, hosted by St. Mark’s Episcopal Church and Green Day Recycling, taking place on Saturday, August 16 from 9 AM to 2 PM.
This community-wide event welcomes residents from Foxborough and neighboring towns to responsibly dispose of a wide range of items—rain or shine. Here's what you need to know:
What You Can Recycle (For a Fee)
Small Electronics – $5 each
Includes items like computer towers, printers, scanners, VCRs, DVD players, radios, game consoles, and more—if it plugs in, it’s probably accepted.
Large Appliances

Dishwashers, dryers, stoves: $25 each

Microwaves: $15 (small) / $20 (large)

Lawn mowers: $25

Snow blowers: $40
TVs & Monitors

18–26 inches: $25

27–35 inches: $30

Over 35 inches or projection: $45
Other Large Items

Air conditioners: $25

Dehumidifiers: $20

Refrigerators: $20 (dorm) / $40–$50 (full-size)

Bicycles (including mountain, road, BMX, youth, and mopeds—working or not). Bicycles will be reused when possible, and pickup can be arranged if needed.
